Steve Quinn, Allegheny Coatings' founder and president for 26 years, has elected his successor to lead the company into the next generation.

 

Christopher Pletcher, former VP of Sales & Marketing for Allegheny Coatings, has been appointed as company president & CEO effective July 1st, 2020.

Christopher joined the company full-time in 2016, after earning a BS degree in Business Marketing/Economics from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Cornell University.  Chris has held a number of executive management positions during his tenure, most recently at The Dow Chemical Company, prior to joining Allegheny Coatings. He has a deep understanding of the company's strengths and opportunities, and is committed to lead an ambitious growth strategy for many years to come.

 

Allegheny Coatings, headquartered in Ridgway, PA, is a metal protection applicator specializing in the application of zinc-flake/zinc-aluminum coating systems.
